There’s something about listening to Taylor Swift that really just makes everything in the world “ok.” Yes, I just typed that sentence. I don’t know if it’s because she’s from my hometown, or because I’ve listened to each of her albums so many times…but all I know is that every time I get into Grand Central, I HAVE to put my headphones in, listen to some TSwift, and take a few deep breaths (because that’s really the only way I can prepare to get on the subway #notacitygirl). I also LOVED it when Kate Spade came out with the “Let Sparks Fly!” idiom collection. Not only does it remind me of one of my favorite (ok, definitely top 10) TSwift songs, but I think there’s such a fun sense of adventure, hope, and possibility in the phrase itself. With Valentines day just around the corner, let’s all let some sparks fly, shall we?!
Gratefully with love,
