~ It feels SO good to be sitting here sharing a new outfit post with you all 🙂 I know it’s been a while and thank you all again for being patient with me as I get settled in during this time of transition!
FALL has not always been my favorite season to dress for, admittedly. However, I was so happy to see that yet again, the trend for fall is COLOR…much more than usual! ALSO JUMPING UP AND DOWN for BOWS and LEOPARD as top trends that are straight from the runway and now hitting stores….I digress…
When recently asked what my favorite season was, I answered “Indian Summer”(unsure if it’s completely PC to say that on the blog, but I’m referring to the warm late summer/early fall season). As a stylist, I like being able to PLAY! It’s fun to make the transition into fall a bit more whimsical and nonsensical (for instance, today I’m wearing a fall dress with tassel sandals and pops of color)! Why not keep the white jeans around or throw on a statement jacket with some Lilly? I’m a believer in the ENDLESS SUMMER. Hence my love for embroidered shift dresses, which are a huge pre-fall trend!
I realize this shift is now a bit low in stock, but take a look at the other options below! These are the PERFECT pieces to throw a denim jacket over (or even a camel colored cashmere wrap or chunky sweater!). Fall doesn’t have to be all basic Barbour, quilted, Hunter Boots, Frye Boots, etc. (even though I obviously love those things!). Fall is meant to be fun. And what’s more fun than color?!
Gratefully with love,
